Turbo Fire is a “cardio conditioning program” that can help you lose weight, get toned, and overall make your body much healthier. It’s not like the other cardio workout DVDs that you may be used to. The Turbo Fire Schedule
Included along with your TurboFire purchase is a workout class schedule that is designed to give you the best results with the program. For some other workouts I have never followed the schedule but with Turbo Fire I think the class schedule is really the key to losing weight and getting your body into shape properly.
The Turbo Fire class schedule lies out what workout you should be doing each day as well as when you should rest. This means you don’t have to guess what workout you should be doing for that day.
The schedule consists of 12 weeks and classes are scheduled 6 days a week. There is also a “prep schedule” if you are not up to the standards for working out with Turbo Fire yet. Just wanted to say that I love this workout!! I did Turbofire and lost 15 lbs. I was so impressed with the program I am now doing a hybrid of Turbofire and Insanity and I can’t wait to see the results for the second time around. I have become an Turbo addict!!
