The Turbo Fire Schedule

Included along with your TurboFire purchase is a workout class schedule that is designed to give you the best results with the program. For some other workouts I have never followed the schedule but with Turbo Fire I think the class schedule is really the key to losing weight and getting your body into shape properly.

The Turbo Fire class schedule lies out what workout you should be doing each day as well as when you should rest. This means you don’t have to guess what workout you should be doing for that day.

I can’t believe it has really been 90 days since my Turbo Fire journey started. I know most people just want to know the weight loss numbers and see the pictures so let’s get right into the good stuff.

If you remember back to my 60 day update on Turbo Fire I had to lose 9 pounds to reach my goal of losing 26 pounds in 90 days. I did fall a tiny bit short, but I am still ecstatic over my results.

I lost 8 more pounds in the past 30 days…

Which means I lost a total of 25 pounds in 90 days!!

 

I am so pleased with these numbers and I can really tell the difference in my body from my beginning photos to my 90 day weight loss pictures.

Although I don’t see much change from my 60 day progress pictures to my 90 day progress pictures, there is a huge difference in the starting pictures to the 90 day ones.

Where Do I Go from Here with Turbo Fire?

I decided that since it’s not broke, why fix it? I am going to continue on doing the Turbo Fire workouts and plan on updating this site every 30 days until I reach my goal of losing around 40-45 more pounds. I want to accomplish this goal by the end of the year. I know that to do that I am going to have to really push myself with my Turbo Fire workouts as well keep my eating as good as possible.

I have also decided that I will be adding in some other workouts like Turbo Jam (which I love!)  just to mix things up a little bit. I am also considering ordering the advanced Turbo Fire workouts, but may hold off for another month or so and just do my Turbo Jam ones mixed into the schedule.

I definitely recommend that if you are considering buying Turbo Fire to lose weight, you do it. It really can change your body in 90 days and it’s actually a fun workout that I look forward to doing just about every day. It cost a lot less than a gym membership does and you can do it from the privacy of your own home on your own time. Sounds like the perfect workout to me!

Sixty days into doing Turbo Fire and I am still hooked on the workout. There are still some days that I don’t feel like exercise (doesn’t everyone have those days?) but once I turn the video on, the workouts actually go by pretty fast.

After taking my 60 day progress photos I can definitely tell a big difference in my body between the photos I took on my starting day and the ones I took on 60 days. I’m still nowhere near being at my goal weight, but I am making some awesome progress with Turbo Fire.

So, how much weight did I lose in the last 30 days?

I lost 8 pounds in the past 30 days, which makes 17 total pounds since I started 60 days ago!

If you remember my goal was to lose 26 pounds doing the first 90 day Turbo Fire schedule, which means I am really going to have to push it if I am going to lose 9 pounds these last 30 days. But I think it is definitely possible.

 This past month I have been able to follow the Turbo Fire schedule more and have actually been getting in 6 days a week of workouts rather than the 5 I did the first month. I want to continue with the 6 days a week and try to get my eating a little better as well. I still have my days where I tend to overeat because I am stressed or I don’t have time to make a healthy lunch so I end up nibbling on junk food instead. I really want to get my eating clean and along with doing my Turbo Fire 6 days I week I should have no problem losing the 9 pounds in the next 30 days.

Can’t wait to update you all again in 30 days and see how much body has changed once again!

It has now been 30 days that I have been doing Turbo Fire and I have to say that I am still really enjoying the workout program. Now, don’t get me wrong, there are still days where I don’t feel like popping in the DVD, but once I start it, I have to admit that it’s not that bad and I can easily get motivated to finish the whole thing. In fact, on days that I don’t feel like exercising I tell myself that all I have to do is the first 10 minutes and then I can turn it off and guess what…every time I have done this I have finished the workout because it’s actually fun and motivating.

I have been following the Turbo Fire class schedule as close as possible. With the schedule it calls for working out 6 days a week but there were 2 weeks were I was only able to get in 5 days, so sometimes I adapt the schedule a little bit as well.

I’m sure everyone is wondering how much weight I have exactly lost in these 30 days and the grand total of weight is”

-9 pounds!

Let me say that I am happy with 9 pounds lost, but it could of probably been about 2-3 more pounds if I could get my eating under control. For example, Easter and Mother’s Day weekend were filled with lots of food and therefore set back my weight loss efforts. In the next 30 days I am really going to make an attempt to not only get in the 6 TurboFire workouts every week but keep my eating clean and not go on any more binges on the weekends.

I took my 30 day progress pictures and compared them to the start of my Turbo Fire journey and have to say that I can see that I have lost some weight. I can’t wait to see what my 90 pictures look like though!

I still have quite a bit of weight that I need to lose but if I could lose about 8-9 pounds every month I would be ecstatic and would be able to reach my goal by the end of the year.

For my Turbo Fire goals I need to lose 17 pounds in the next 60 days to readch my total of 26 pounds lost. I’m really thinking I can do it if I stay motivated and keep my eating halfway decent.
